A. Ages 8
to 80.
Q. How
practice will it take to be any good at the JawDropper tricks?
A.You will be able to perform most
of the JawDroppers tricks with minimal practice. Of course, the
more you do them, the more comfortable you become and the better the overall impact.

secure is your web site?
A. We at JawDroppers

will my credit card be charged for an order?
A. Your card will not be charged
until your order is ready to be shipped from our warehouse.

pay by Check, Money Order, or Cashier's Check?
A. Yes, but we must wait for
a
check to clear before shipping your order. This will add approximately
2 to 3 weeks to the
processing time for your order. Money Orders or Cashier's Checks and PayPal orders
will be processed immediately.

Q. How is
shipping and handling calculated?
For a limited time all shipping within the U.S. and Canada is FREE!
All other countries please e-mail us for shipping and handling rates.
Q. Do you
ship COD?
A. No. The non-delivery rates for
COD orders make it cost prohibitive for us to do so.
Q. Do I
have to pay sales tax on my order?
A. If your order is shipped to
California,
we will automatically add the applicable sales tax (8.25%). At this time, all other orders do not
incur sales tax.
Q. Will my name and other information be kept private?
A. Our company is sensitive to privacy
issues on the Internet. We believe it is important you know how we treat the information
about you we receive on the Internet.

web servers collect the domain names, not the email addresses, of visitors. This

long does it take to process an order?
A. We ship credit card, money order, and cashiers check orders
within 3 to 4 business days from receipt of order. Personal check orders take an additional
2 to 3 weeks.

method do you ship items to me?
A. All U.S. orders are shipped via
U.S. Postal Service.
Q. Can you
ship to a Post Office Box?
A. Yes, since we ship via USPS we can deliver to P.O. boxes.
Q. How
much does it cost to overnight the product shipment to me?
A. Currently we do not offer this
as an option.
